JOB DUTIES:

  • Attend the Usher and Ticket Taker game day meeting to learn about specific events happening at the ballpark for that day's game.
  • Read the game day notes provided by the Front Office Staff.
  • Report to your assigned area immediately following the game day meeting.
  • Greet fans and scan their tickets.
  • Stamp any exiting fan's hand that wishes to re-enter the Ballpark.
  • Acknowledge each fan leaving the ballpark and wish them a good day or night depending on the time at the completion of the game.
  • Hand out any item designated by Management to fans exiting the ballpark.
  • Ensure that no food or drink is brought into ballpark and no alcohol is exiting ballpark.
  • Check bags when needed.
  • Return all scanners to the Box Office at the conclusion of your shift.
  • Ensure that no one is smoking in unauthorized areas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
